CIC

The objective of the survey was to establish an in-depth understanding of clients’ experiences and levels of satisfaction for individual services and across CIC as a whole. Based on over 1000 questionnaires, the research was used to inform service development responding to user need and opinion.

Country Land and Business Association

This large-scale in-depth survey was conducted to establish how the CLA and its services are perceived by its key target audiences. An online survey was designed to support the research, and was adapted to specifically address eight distinct stakeholder groups. In addition, telephone research was conducted to provide a qualitative element. The resulting findings, based on over 1,200 completed questionnaires, provided significant analysis for each of the target audiences.

Chartered Institute of Housing

Based on in-depth telephone interviews with 150 housing sector organisations, the objective of the survey was to support the CIH business plan by providing an in-depth understanding of the development needs of the sector.

CSCS

A large scale in-depth survey was conducted amongst the target market for the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) to establish perception of the programme. Conducted online using a range of relevant links, a total of 1800 completed questionnaires provided CSCS with insight regarding profile of employment, card ownership and profile, motivation for ownership and use of the scheme on site.

Show Racism the Red Card

This research was undertaken to evaluate SRtRC’s Speak Out Against Racism Educational Events to establish the impact of the events on young people, teachers and programme supporters. Based on pre and post event quantitative research, observations, semi-structured interviewing and post-event workshops, the recommendations informed the future development of the events.

Mobility Link

The objective of this face-to-face survey was to inform Mobility Link and East Staffordshire Borough Council of the awareness, use and potential demand for Mobility Link's services amongst local residents.

R3

This survey was conducted to establish an in-depth industry profile of the professional insolvency sector. Based on self-completion questionnaires amongst R3's members, the report provided a significant analysis of the performance and activities of the sector.

Black Country Learning & Skills Council

Focusing on a range of in-depth consultations with training personnel, this qualitative survey explored the impact of incentives on effective programme development and inclusion.

Business Link West Midlands

The Business Transformational Service was developed by Business Link West Midlands to support high growth established and start-up businesses. Involving over half of all participating businesses, the qualitative research was based on in-depth interviews, with the analysis establishing the level of service impact and informing future activity development.
